after choosing name for your blog select Template to display your blog. it is design of your blog pages. you can edit and you can make changes afterwords. now click NEW POST button it is appear in left side  then start to write, please give complete information, make sure your post must have at least 300 words per page, then only you will get adsense account quickly and easily if you want make links for other pages then choose LINK option on top and enter URL then click OK button. after complete  writing check you have given title of the page in the Title box on top, check Lable name also then click PUBLISH  button on top. your blog page ready now. Before publish you can see preview of your page by using  PREVIEW button on top and you can edit and add extra information in the same page after publish page. like wise post at least 10 pages and wait for 1000 page views before applying adsense.
